Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient art from India that dates back over 2500 years. It is said that the modality was originally provided to the Buddha by his doctor to assist the flow of energy in the body. At its heart is Metta or ‘loving kindness’.
Elements of acupressure, compression, pulling, rocking, stretching, and movement combine to create a highly effective treatment. It is traditionally done on a comfortable mat with the recipient fully clothed.

What to Expect
We start with a brief conversation over tea to see how you’re feeling—physically and emotionally. To begin the session you’ll lie on a comfortable floor mat. I use my hands, elbows and feet to offer slow compressions. The session often feels rhythmic, like a slow-flowing dance. We close with a short integration period, where you can share any insights or simply enjoy the afterglow of relaxation in silence.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch therapy that encourages the innate forces of health in the body to make subtle readjustments from within. I hold a strong orientation to the holistic nature of human experience, so it is not uncommon for emotional releases to occur. Through a highly skilled way of listening through touch, deeply held patterns may unwind, helping different parts of the body to communicate with each other and move towards deeper integration.

How It Works
In a session, you lie down on a comfortable table. My touch is soft but deeply engaged. Many clients enter a meditative, restorative state, reporting that they feel tension dissolving in ways they hadn’t experienced before. It is a safe space for you to share any patterns, images, or emotional shifts, if you so choose.
